NATHAN MARK DANCE ACADEMY BIRTHDAY GIFT

1. Choose from only one offer, this can either be any 15 minute private lesson or class when making a transaction of more than £10.00. Does not include update classes or private lessons.

2. Birthday offer is only applicable using the NATHAN MARK DANCE ACADEMY Portal and Rewards programme. Reward is gifted on your date of birth. Client must sign up more than 7 days before to receive and be eligible for the reward.

3. Private Lesson or Class is included within the price of your purchase and cannot be exchanged and does not hold any monetary value. Promotion cannot be used with any other discounted purchases or promotional offers. ID may be requested on presentation of reward.

4. Reward only valid at NATHAN MARK DANCE ACADEMY.

5. Reward is valid on or before the expiry date presented on your portal reward.

6. Date of birth may not be altered in order to receive the offer at a different time of the year. You may be asked to provide proof of your date of birth in order to change this within the portal.

NMDA Portal Sign Up Gift

1. This offer is only available for new signups to the NMDA Studio Portal from 01/02/2022 onwards. Reward will be delivered to your account within 48 hours of signup.

2. Choose from any class when enrolling for free.

3. This offer cannot be exchanged and does not hold any monetary value. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any portal promotions or rewards.

Dance is better with Friends promotion

1. This promotion is only available to students who are currently enrolled in Nathan Mark Dance Academy classes and only applies to new enrolments and referrals.

2. Bring a friend or family member to dance and receive £10.00 to use towards your tuition fees when they enrol.

3. This reward entitles the barer to £10.00 towards their tuition at any Nathan Mark Dance Academy studio in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.

4. Please present this voucher at our studio reception or use your voucher code at checkout when prompted on our studio portal.

5. This voucher can only be redeemed once. Once the voucher has been redeemed once, no further value on the voucher will be carried over.

6. Change cannot be given for any purchase for less than the full voucher value offered for redemption.

7. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, used for payment of accounts, refunded, or replaced if lost.

8. Valid for six months from the date of issue.

Join us this February for a free private lesson promotion

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, the offer entitles you to one free 15 minute private one to one session with our studio Principal, Nathan Street, when you sign up and enrol into any of our classes this February.

2. This promotion is only available to new enrolments.

3. This offer is valid from Tuesday 1st February 2022 until Monday 28th February 2022 (inclusive).

4. The offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives shall be available.

5. No redemptions can be made before or beyond the offer period stated above.

1. This voucher entitles the bearer to tuition to the value stated on this voucher at any Nathan Mark Dance Academy Studio in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. If no value is stated on this voucher, the value shall be deemed to be £10.00

These rules shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
