Booking Terms

1. Class Bookings

1.1. For class bookings, you may be asked for your credit/debit card details to guarantee your bookings. Please see ‘Private Lesson Payments’ section below for online one to one bookings requiring payment at the time of booking.

1.2. By providing NATHAN MARK DANCE ACADEMY with your credit/debit card details you agree to sign up to our autopay system.

1.3. Autopay can take some of the stress out of dancing and payments in relation to outstanding debits can be taken automatically from your card.

1.4. Autopayments will only be taken for any fees on or after their due date and not before.

1.5. Booking terms and conditions for festive and key dates are subject to change and will be released closer to the date.

1.6. We will be enforcing any local government guidelines and changes – management decision is final.

2. Private Lesson Booking Terms

2.1. Payment will be taken by credit/debit card at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, or make any amendments, the following refund terms apply:

2.2. For bookings cancelled at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance of the booking time: a full refund will be given, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to be returned to you.

2.3. Any amendments to your booking must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance of the booking time.

2.4. For bookings cancelled less than 1 day (24 hours) before the booking time: no refund will be provided.
